Guidelines for the Management and Use of Cutting Tools

1. The management of cutting tools is managed by warehouse staff, and the collection of cutting tools from the warehouse must be done by the team leader. Other personnel are not allowed to collect them (except in special circumstances). In principle, when collecting tools from the warehouse, they must be placed on the principle of exchanging old for new. After the tools are used up, they should be cleaned and promptly returned to the tool storage area for the convenience of other groups

Management of fixtures and jigs

1. Tooling: Screws, nuts, pads, pressure blocks, steel jaws, etc. are stored in designated areas according to their classification. When they are installed, they can be used by oneself. After installation and during normal operation, any excess tooling and tools next to the equipment should be promptly placed back in the designated location, with 6S as the standard for placement.
